Biography

Master of Ling College, Adjunct Professor of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen.

Prior to joining CUHKSZ, he has taught at the East China Normal University, University of Wisconsin-Madison, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and the Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen. He served as Deputy Director of Research Section of Warring States and Qin and Han, Institute of History, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing; Director of the Center for Cultural Studies, Acting Head of Humanities, and Associate Dean of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology; Co-executive Director of the Joint Institute of Peking University-Hong Kong University of Science and Technology-University of Virginia, Beijing; Dean of Humanities and Social Science, Harbin Institute of Technology, Shenzhen.
