Molly Chenjie Zeng is a doctoral student in Translation Studies with a full scholarship and a tutor at Harmonia College. In 2015, Molly went on an exchange study at I-Shou University in Taiwan, where she met with then chairman of the Taiwan Kuomintang Ma Ying-jeou as a student representative. In 2016, Molly obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English from UESTC Zhongshan Insitute, then studied international private law at Peking University. In 2017, Molly studied Translation and Interpreting Studies at the CUHK Shenzhen for a Master’s degree, and was awarded scholarships from HSS and Diligentia College, and later went to Oxford University over the summer in 2018. While working as a teaching assistant and college tutor from 2019 to 2022, Molly studied translation theory and corpus from the University of Geneva, and also studied English literature from the University of Oxford.

As of 2024, Molly has published two papers in international journals, four international conference papers, three national conference presentations/papers in the intersection of big data, corpus, legal translation, and English literature as the first or corresponding author, and also co-edited, translated and published a book regarding legal convergence in the Greater Bay Area. These publications can be retrieved on platforms such as IEEE Xplore and Law Press China. In addition, Molly has passed the Tests for English Majors (TEM) for both band 4 and 8. She is a student member of the Translators Association of China (TAC). She has also interned at Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court and conducted research at Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court.
