Academic Background: He Jinglin is a Ph.D. candidate in the School of Development and Governance, with research interests focused on urban resilience, urbanization and urban development. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in economics from South China Agricultural University and a master’s degree in applied Sociology from City University of Hong Kong.
Academic Experience: He Jinglin has participated in multiple research projects, including corporate social responsibility surveys, the construction of a comprehensive evaluation system for local governments' "Four-Type Community" initiative, and the development of smart city systems. These projects have not only enhanced her field research capabilities but also honed her professional skills in project design, evaluation and analysis.
Personal Achievements: He Jinglin currently holds five patents, including one invention patent.
