Call for Abstracts – First Call
This conference serves as a platform for language teachers, researchers, policymakers, and technologists to discuss the transformative role of artificial intelligence (AI) in language education across the global academic landscape. Participants will have a chance to share experiences, perspectives, and research findings on AI-driven language education practices, discuss innovative AI-powered pedagogical approaches that transform and improve educational outcomes, and engage with the latest theoretical perspectives of AI in the field of language education.
Together, we aim to shape the future of language education by exploring cutting-edge research, sharing best practices, and addressing emerging ethical and practical challenges in integrating AI technologies. We invite submissions of abstracts of papers, posters, symposiums, and workshops on topics that align with the conference theme.

Presentation Formats
- Paper presentation: 20 minutes, inclusive of Q & A
Paper sessions are presented by one or more authors on a specific topic.
- Symposiums: 60 minutes, including 3-4 presentations.
Symposiums are integrated presentations by a team on the different aspects of a topic or a problem. Each symposium session is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of a topic from multiple perspectives or showcase collaborative research projects.
- Workshops: 60 minutes
Workshops are interactive sessions focusing on practical applications and hands-on learning, often involving small group discussions, exercises, and demonstrations.
- Posters: at designated timeslots
Posters will be displayed on large boards throughout the conference, allowing for continuous visibility. Presenters will have designated timeslots to stand by their posters and discuss their work with interested attendees, facilitating informal, one-on-one interactions.

Abstract Requirements
All abstracts must be written in English, using clear and professional language, and should range between 250-300 words. Each abstract should include a title and 3-5 keywords. The abstract should include a brief background or context, clear objectives, methods or approaches used, key findings, and the significance of the work. Submissions must be original and not previously published or presented elsewhere.
All abstracts must be submitted electronically through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) system using the link below. The abstracts will go through the double-blind review process. A Microsoft CMT account must be created to submit abstracts.
